At Lenovo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device, you can return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Lenovo account, navigate to your Order History, and select the 'Return' button next to the item you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package the Device

  Place the product in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
